Why should we be categorizing rappers by their gender? Sure, there are more male rappers, but why do we chose to categorize this way instead of by region, as it is with most topics?--Urthogie 14:57, 25 February 2006 (UTC)

I think you answered your own question. The dearth of female rappers makes them especially relevant to searchers. It's not like gender is the chief way that rappers are sorted on Wikipedia, is it? --Pogopark (talk) 00:58, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
