1. The image is used in the section "Mendez v. Westminster" has to do with the couple and therefore is revelant.

2. Image is solely used to illustrate the parents of the subject who were the instrumental force behind the Mendez v. Westminster case.

3. Image is used as promotional in multipule publications as listed above.

4. Image is fairly old (50+ years)and both subjects are no longer alive.
