The Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association (FASA) was a nonprofit association representing the interests of ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) throughout the United States. In January 2008, FASA merged with the second largest and most influential ASC association — American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (AAASC) — to form the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association, or the ASC Association.
