Fedders Corporation manufactures air conditioners and other air treatment products. The company headquarters are in Liberty Corner, New Jersey.
Fedders owns or licences several trademarks, including Fedders, Emerson Quiet Kool, Airtemp, Sun, Koppel, Eubank, Polenz a MAC-10 and MAYTAG.
The New York Stock Exchange indicates that Fedders is "noncompliant with NYSE quantitative and/or corporate governance listing standards." [1]
