[edit] Working definition
The working definition seems to be "major institutional aspects of Michigan State University.--Pharos 02:02, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Vital improvements
This topic does not meet current Wikipedia:Featured topic criteria, and will be eligible for removal after 1 January 2008 if this situation is not rectified. In particular, all articles must be either GA or FA (Michigan State Spartans is neither) and criteria call for at least three featured articles in a topic, while this topic has only two such articles. To maintain featured topic status, 'Michigan State Spartans' must be promoted to a higher status, and a third FA article must be found (it could be the Spartan article, or any of the other articles).--Pharos 02:02, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
- It appears I was being a bit overzealous with that second requirement. Never mind that part, which I've stricken out.--Pharos 05:38, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
This topic also is in need of an expansion. There are many articles about the University that are not included in the topic as it is now. They must all be eventually added unless someone can give a good reason why each of them does not create a gap in the topic. --Arctic Gnome (talk • contribs) 07:10, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Potential improvements
There are enough vital improvements needed (see above), that we can hold off on these for now.--Pharos 02:02, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Possible additions
An obvious expansion would be the inclusion of the articles on the individual colleges, if they are ever brought up to high status.--Pharos 02:02, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
