Delta Tulcea is a team from Tulcea county founded in May 2005. They are now playing in Divizia B Serie I.Delta started in Divizia C,and promoted with objective to avoid relegation.They did surprisingly well,as they finished first in the 2006-07 season,but could not obtain the license needed to play in Divizia A.
