FBill Radio

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

FBill Radio is a humorous, yet serious podcast that was started in 2006 by a gentleman by the alias of "Mr. White," alongside his semi-literal partner in crime and co-host, "Malice Factor." The show originally debuted with the purpose of showing the grey side of the hacker world, exemplified using news stories and experiences happening within the hosts' lives. Since its creation, another co-host has joined the team, known as "Big City." Since its birth, the show has evolved into a discussion over recent tech news, as well as subjects the hosts deem worthy of their show, including discussion of female genitals, in the context of pornography. Please note: the show does contain some language that may be considered profane by some audiences.

[edit] Anonymity

The hosts value their anonymity, hence the aliases, for varying reasons. Their true location is unknown by most, but it is possibly attainable by listening to all of the shows and writing down clues.

[edit] Format

The show's basic format consists of an entire song of the hosts' choosing, played in its entirety. Following the opening song, the hosts introduce the show and read listener email. Following the email segment, the team jumps into discussion involving tech news, or anything else they feel like discussing. During the entire show, the hosts play music in the background, which is chosen by themselves, and sent in by users. Big City runs the sound, inserts interesting sound effects throughout the show.

[edit] Topics

Popular topics include: technology, hacking, pornography, the labia, Mr. White's job, Big City and his metalworking skills, weapons, government, general nonsense, and piracy, among other things.
