Template:Fb cl hth (Football - classification - head-to-head)

Parameters:
hth : head-to-head games.
qr  : if the head-to-head column is for a team that has also Qualification or relegation column. y = yes; blank = no.

Problems:
Sometimes line on the bottom of the head-to-head will not appear.
