The image is used under fair use and is believed to comply both with the fair use law and Wikipedia policies/guidelines for the following reasons:

It is a logo. It is impossible to recreate a free version and it is doubtful the owner would release a free version.
It is used for educational purposes on the article of the subject matter, The FSSA all century team.
It is a small resolution, reuse and/or misuse is therefore limited.
The addition of this logo image to the article significantly increases the value of the article, and it is impossible to describe the logo otherwise.
