Father Raskin

Father Raskin or Jozef Raskin (born Stevoort, 1892–died Dortmund, 1943) was a Belgian Scheutist. He was a missionary in China, chaplain of the Belgian Army and propagandist for his congregation. During the Second World War he was decapitated by the Germans.
