Talk:Faraday Hall
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I see no difference from almost all the other examples left standing in the category Category:Halls_of_residence_in_the_United_Kingdom - e.g. Rees Hall, Glen Eyres hall are just two I've randomly picked that are no clearer in their notability?
I intend this to give information for prospective students, advice would be appreciated.

- Hi Simon, as the person who proposed deletion I'll also have to concur with the merge (a redirect to Loughborough University). The precedent is the William Morris AfD; halls at Lufbra aren't notable in the same way as Oxbridge halls. I'll also declare than I'm an old Cayleyite from a few years ago, but that doesn't influence me in any way! You already have a Faraday website for your prospective students where you can put anything you like. Any additions of social events and hall committees will get deleted here anyway as too trivial (on a global scale). And if you think any other articles in that category are non-notable as well then be bold and redirect them too! All the best --Steve (Slf67) talk 01:13, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
