[edit] The Russian name difference

As it is mentioned in the second paragraph, the University officially changed its name in English, so it no longer matches the Russian name.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); 15:30, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
