A low resolution screenshot from the TV series Farscape for use in the article List of Farscape characters. The photo is only being used for informational purposes, and its inclusion in the articles adds significantly to them. It is believed that the use of web-resolution images for identification qualifies as fair use. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, might be copyright infringement.

Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Peregrine Fisher) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a low resolution still of a television episode;
it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the episode in any way;
it illustrates the episode in question and aids commentary on the plot outline.
The copyright is most likely held by Sci Fi Channel (United States).
