Farukolhufushi is one of the uninhabited islands of Kaafu Atoll in the Maldives.
The Club Med on Farukolhufushi was destroyed during the tsunami on December 26, 2004[1].
The island of Farukolhufushi is now no longer a village of Club Med, but still a tourist resort run by another company. It was reopened around the end of 2005 and renamed as Club Faru[1].
