Born in New York City, New York. Fudge is what Peter describes a pain in the neck. In Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing, he killed Dribble (Peter's pet turtle) by swallowing him.

In the 2002 reprints, Fudge's appearance always consists of orange hair, freckles, wearing green shoes, blue pants, and a red shirt with a lower case f on it.
