Farhad Rahbar

Farhad Rahbar PhD is an Iranian economist.
Rahbar was a vice president of Iran and head of Management and Planning Organisation of Iran. As of February 2008, he is the president of Tehran University, replacing Ayatollah Amid Zanjani.
