Fargoa is a genus of very small sea snails, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Pyramidellidae, the pyrams and their allies. This genus is currently placed in the the subfamily Chrysallidinae.

The members of Fargoa are ectoparasites on the serpulid polychaete Hydroides (Robertson & Mau-Lastovica, 1979).
