I am dubious about the existence of this supposed area. There is no referenced US census data, and above all a search for FannyBAWS shows up (primarily) a selection of puerile references on the Urban Dictionary.
I suggest that this article is submitted for deletion until evidence can be provided that it is not a joke.

- The naming of the article is clearly is a joke, yes, but if you check the map links provided you'll see the name of the area is actually "Fanrock". Therefore I've moved it to its correct position, I don't believe this is a hoax or prod article anymore. The redirect created at Fanny, West Virginia has been speedied. - Zeibura S.
