I changed "separation of powers" to "division of power" as the "separation of powers" in Australian constitutional law usually refers to the separation of power among the legislative, executive and judicial branches at one level of Government (be it Federal or State). What we're dealing with here is the Constitutional "division" of power between the Commonwealth and the states. Apodeictic (talk) 09:43, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
