Family Promise

Family Promise is a United States national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping homeless and low-income families achieve sustainable independence and to redress the underlying causes of homelessness. Based in Summit, New Jersey, Family Promise has 124 affiliates in 39 states that provide assistance to 25,000 family members annually. Founded in 1988 as the National Interfaith Hospitality Network, its programs involve more than 110,000 volunteers.
