A few points:

1. There's a large number of military living out in Fallbrook.
2. To live off-base, up to a certain pay grade (rank), you must be married.
3. The marriage rate is so high because of 1 and 2.

This is pretty much original research, but it's what I've observed. (Also, take a look at [1]. The marriage rate does seem to be unusually high for the area.) --76.201.16.51 15:15, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
