Falkner Island Lighthouse is a lighthouse in Connecticut, United States, off of Guilford Harbor on Long Island Sound.

Falkner Island Lighthouse was built on Falkner Island in 1802. In 1856, the light was upgraded from lamps to a fourth order Fresnel lens. The light was automated in 1978 and flashes a white light every ten seconds.
