This company logo has been checked by a third party against the articles in which it appears. It meets the following fair-use criteria:-

No free alternative possible. (It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.)
Illustrates (demonstrates) the corporate identity of the company being discussed
Is being used in a functional rather than decorative manner
Does not deprive company of ability to make money in any way. (It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.)
The logo is not used in such a way the a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the logo.
