Talk:Fairlight, New South Wales
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I am concerned that misleading and dangerous information has been supplied. You cannot see the fireworks from the beach, though there are one or two vantage points where you can see some of the high ones, up on the top -- you can't even see them all that well from Tania Park! More importantly, if any sort of swell is running, only fools would try to surf it. This is a coast that has had several wrecks over the years, and the rocks can cut people up quite badly if the waves are breaking enough to ride. Given the number of tourists I have seen on Fairlight and Delwood beaches in the past few weeks, I think it important that no bum steers are given! McManly 10:40, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
