Faisal al-Fayez (Arabic: فيصل الفايز ) (born 1952) was the Prime Minister of Jordan from 25 October 2003, to 6 April 2005. He took office following the resignation of Ali Abu al-Ragheb and himself resigned after being criticized for not being reformist enough. He previously served as Defence Minister, and is close to the king. He was educated at the College De La Salle, Amman, Jordan (1970) and then went on to Cardiff University, Wales where he received a degree in Political Science in 1978. In 1981, he did a Master in International Relations in Boston University in the United States.

- Between 1979 and 1983: He was Consul at the Embassy of Jordan in Brussels.
- In February 1986: He became the Assistant Chief of Royal Protocol at the Royal Court.
- In 1995: He was promoted to Deputy Chief of Royal Protocol at the Royal Court.
- In March 1999: He became Chief of Royal Protocol at the Royal Court.
- In March 2003: He was appointed Minister of the Royal Hashemite Court.
He received a number of decorations:
- 1987: Officer of the Order of Al-Istiqlal (Independence in Arabic)
- 1995: Grand Officer of the Order of Al-Istiqlal
- 2000: Grand Cordon of the Order of Al-Kawkab Al-Urduni (Jordanian Planet in Arabic)
