Fairchild Corporation

The Fairchild Corporation (NYSE: FA) is the successor corporation of Fairchild Industries, Inc., a Sherman Fairchild company. Jeffrey Steiner is the current CEO.^[1]

Banner Aerospace is now a subsidiary of the Fairchild Corporation.
