"He is considered to have ruled the country with an iron fist until 1979. He had great admiration for the founder of Turkey, Ataturk. However, he is widely believed to be a lesser person as a military man, or a leader due to the many verbal gaffes he has made."

This text remarkably overlaps (except for the year) with Kenan Evren. Is it correct? Sander Spek 08:55, 3 Sep 2004 (UTC)
