The rare Facemonger exsists only in very remote areas, such as the great jungle of Junglefun and Kenya (land of the fast negros). The Facemonger survives by sucking the life from a person out through there face this causes destruction of the penis or breasts. After the brutal attack the person is usualy unconsius for several decades this also makes the victem only want to eat shit like someone who owns a mac or plays runescape.
