Prior to 1955, The Football Association did not permit..... A change of heart by the governing body in 1960..... - that doesn't make sense. If the change of heart did indeed happen in 1960, then the first sentence should say "prior to 1960", not 1955.... ChrisTheDude 16:30, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
