Date

Shot: 15 Oct 1987. This date given is questionable, since VF-74 was stationed aboard USS AMERICA in 1972/73 during the deployment to Vietnam. In 1987 VF-74 was flying F-14A Tomcats from USS SARATOGA (CV-60) as part of Carrier Air Wing 17 (Tailcode 'AA').
