Fábio Lopes Alcântara (Chinese: 法比奧 Fábio; born March 24, 1977 in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil), or simply Fábio Lopes, is a football player from Brazil. He currently plays as a striker for Eastern AA, having signed from Happy Valley in August 2007.

His younger brother Fabrício Lopes Alcântara is also a footballer who currently plays for Naval in Portuguese Liga since 2007.
