Does anyone have any precise information (geographic coordinates) on the extreme points of pre-WWII Poland?

I think they could be:

• N: a point some 10 km NE of Leonpol, Wilno Voivodship
• E: the town of Zahacie, Wilno Voivodship
• S: a point some 15 km SE of Barkut, Stanislawow Voivodship
• W: a point some 2 km W of Kopanica, Poznan Voivodship
