Exterior Installation and Finish System (EIFS) for short is what they used on the facing of the casino.
According to construction experts,[citation needed] EIFS is used on all types of buildings, including homes, apartments, condominiums, offices, shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, stadiums and government buildings.
The flammability of the underlying foam used in this system received worldwide attention following the 2008 Monte Carlo Resort fire.[1][2][3]
