Many economists have argued that Japan's growth was not, in fact, export led. Industrialization was not the result of an increasingly developed export sector, but vice-versa. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 141.161.98.94 (talk) 19:26, 18 March 2007 (UTC).
If anyone has sufficient knowledge on the subject, it would be worth discussing the effects of export-oriented industrialization on Latin America.
