Experimental post office

A method of sending and receiving letters and items through unconventional means as an alternative to established postal or package services. "Expo" mail could be sent by relay — passing packages from person to person through social networks — or delivered directly by a layperson. Service may be free. One such system was created by a group of students at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN_[[1]] .
