The page will likely become a Wiktionary definition depending on the importance of any ramifications, which haven't yet been researched (either historically before the 1707 union, or historically during the 19th century - reference to its modification under UK law are cited). This note is in response to a "new article page patroller" who tagged the article only seconds after it was created, and before this talk page could even be created.
