EVO Trio is a Turkish jazz band that was formed in March 2006 by Eylül Biçer, Volkan Topakoğlu and Onur Pekin. The band’s repertoire consists of jazz standards, folk songs and several original compositions. Enriching their sound with inspirations of folkloric themes and styles, EVO Trio tries to put their music off the barlines, where the music starts. The band is aiming a continuous trilateral musical conversation, in which, none of the instruments assume a soloist role.

EVO Trio took part in such notable organizations as 14. Istanbul International Jazz Festival, Mimar Sinan University Music Festival, IKSV (Istanbul Foundation for Art and Culture) “Genc Caz” (Young Talents) Jazz Competition (as a winner), IKSV “Cazin Gencleri” Concerts, Bucharest International Jazz Competition (as a semi-finalist); and gave concerts at Bilgi University, Sabanci University, Ak Sanat Art Center, the German Consulate and Nazim Hikmet Cultural Center in Istanbul. EVO Trio was also appeared on the TV Show "Gel de Katilma" on the Turkish TV channel "Kanalturk".
