I take issue with the phrases "Great bulgarian sponsor and benefactor," and "never forgot his homeland Bulgaria" as violating WP:NPOV. Normally, I'd just remove the offending adjectives, but there is so little information here and it is a subject I am unfamiliar with, that I don't believe I can de-POV it without removing valid information. evlogi: He paid for the very first and still major and most popular univercity. I think "great sponsor" is close enough ;) evlogi: I'll try to find his biography and translate it in English though..
