I am afraid I cannot add much to the article and it is outside my field, but I would have expected far more on this seminal traveller. His texts include extracts from various languages. The place names he gives, and innacurate (though fascinating) history he presents us are key contributions in our understanding of 17 c Ottoman perceptions of the world. We also need good references.
