Request reason: "Multiple people have used my account under the same IP due to my school's badly set up network. It is pretty easy to get someone elses account data and use it and I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience, I wont log on using my schools network in the future."

Decline reason: "The claim is that you have been using multiple accounts, not that multiple people have been using this account. — Yamla 15:30, 30 May 2007 (UTC)"

Request reason: "I'm sorry but I worded the appeal wrong. Basically many accounts were used on the school network and were used to vandalise articles. I only have ever had and used one account and have never used multiple accounts to vandalise articles. I have now left that school and don't use that IP address any more as it is the schools network. I promise that I won't vandalise any articles ESPECIALLY as I didn't vandalise any in the first place. Please could you put me on some sort of probational period if you do not want to unblock me permanently."

Decline reason: "Your first edit with this account was vandalism of the very same sort of a just blocked account with nearly the same name. I think it's fairly obvious that you abused your privileges as an editor. — ---J.S (T/C/WRE) 13:05, 16 November 2007 (UTC)"

Request reason: "FFS, this is actually getting on my tits now. Every time I come to make a positive contribution I get reminded that my account is blocked because of some idiot using it to vandalise articles ages ago which was against my control. I know it was irresponsible to leave my account logged in on the computer but everyone makes mistakes and I believe that I should be given another chance. The only reason another account was made with a similar name is probably because you'd already blocked my one so he'd gone on to make one on his own email address. I use the alias Evil-Sheep basically everywhere on the web and the guy had no original idea of his own and so had to slightly modify mine and use it ¬_¬. I hate the fact that that guy has ruined my account completely and I wish you'd give me another chance."

Decline reason: "By your own admission, this account has been accessed by people unknown to you. As such, it is a security hazard to unblock it. — Jayron32.talk.contribs 22:28, 6 May 2008 (UTC)"
