The song was the fifth single from the band's second album Everything Changes. It was written by Gary Barlow and features Robbie Williams on lead vocals. Released on April 4, 1994, it was Take That's 4th consecutive single to go straight in at number one on the UK Singles Chart, where it remained for 2 weeks.

The b-side of the single features a studio version of a medley of songs by The Beatles, which the band performed live in concerts. The songs included in order are "I Want To Hold Your Hand", "A Hard Day's Night" and "She Loves You".
