Everyman (Hofmannsthal)

Everyman (German: Jedermann) is a 1911 play by Hugo von Hofmannsthal, based on the sixteenth-century English morality play, Everyman.[1] Since 1920 it has been performed every year at the Salzburg festival, of which Hofmannsthal was a founder.
