Evelyne Marie France Neff (nee Migliori) born on 12 October 1941 in Hussigny-Godbrange in France) is a French-German politician with Italian origins. She is one of the few French people awarded the German Bundesverdienstkreuz (Federal Cross of Merit)
She received this in recognition of her political engagement in the SPD, and of her engagement for German-French reconciliation. She was also engaged in women's role in politics, - some German media described her as a Suffragette of the 1970.
She passed most of her political life in the black forest town of Schramberg. Actually she lives in Sulz am Neckar (Germany) and in Leucate (France). She has completely retired from any political activities.
