Evan Liewer was born in Long Beach, California in February 1981 to parents Robert and Susan Liewer. He was named after the story "Evan's Corner".

Currently Evan is married to his bride, April Liewer, and they reside in San Clemente, California with their dog Traffic, a German Shepherd. Evan is the Pastor of Student Ministries at Ocean Hills Community Church in San Juan Capistrano.
