Taken from Isomorphic's own /newuser, this is my version of the copy and paste greeting. If you use this, be sure to change the talk page (although, I don't mind if they ask me questions, of course.) I'll often add some sort of a personal note, having to do with their contributions so far. I, personally, only welcome users who have contributed, not as some sort of elitism scam, but because I'd then feel the need to welcome every single new user.

You can sign your name on talk pages by using three tildes <nowiki>(" ~~~ ") for your username and four (" ~~~~ ") for your username and a timestamp.</nowiki>
