Evaristo Porras Ardila

Evaristo Porras Ardila is a currently incarcerated Colombian drug lord with a powerful influence in Leticia, the capital of the Amazonas region of Colombia. Porras is suspected to have been the head of the Leticia-Tabatinga cartel organized crime syndicate. His apparent heir is Santiago Perez, whose family is responsible for drug traffic in Europe.
