The part on the ombudsman's duties appears to be a direct quote. It is apparently not attributed. If it is from the proposed Constitution, that would probably not be a valid source (since the constitution did not come into effect). It would probably better to rewrite it, but as it stands, attribution is required. --Boson 10:33, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
