Should something be put on the 5?

Yes. It might even be appropriate to mark all of them. From ECB/2003/4:

intangible reproductions made available electronically on websites, by wire or wireless means or by any other means that allow members of the public to access these intangible reproductions from a place and at a time individually chosen by them, provided that:
— the word SPECIMEN is printed diagonally across the reproduction in Arial font or a font similar to Arial font. The length of the word SPECIMEN is at least 75 % of the length of the reproduction and the height of the word SPECIMEN is at least 15 % of the width of the reproduction, and is in a non-transparent (opaque) colour contrasting with the dominant colour of the respective euro banknote as specified in Article 1, and
— the resolution of the electronic reproduction in its original size does not exceed 72 dpi (dots per inch).

Hmmm... No, wait... earlier they say that one-sided reproductions that are smaller than a third of the banknote are allowed. So it might suffice to just edit the 5 euro note. Anyone feel like getting out a ruler and measuring how much of the other notes are covered? ;) — Ksero 12:04, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
mmm, if I understand it well, reproductions of entire notes that are smaller than 75% are Ok, but not on the web. Otherwise, we should add SPECIMEN. Reproductions of partial notes are Ok if the reproduction is of less than 1/3 of the note. So if I'm correct we should add SPECIMEN to the €5 note, I am not sure about the other ones (50% of the the €10 note is visible). -- lucasbfr talk 12:49, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
User:Ssolbergj uploaded an other picture with the €5 note having the Specimen text, I created Image:Euro banknotes2.png meanwhile which has the text on all notes. What do you think? -- lucasbfr talk 13:35, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
The notes behind the €5 in the front are allready covered up. S. SOLBERG J. / talk  13:38, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] official reply from the ECB

Dear Mr xxx

Thank you for your enquiry. Euro banknote reproduction on the internet have to adhere to Art. 2.3 (f) of the Decision of the European Central Bank on the denominations, specifications, reproduction, exchange and withdrawal of euro banknotes (ECB/2003/4), according to which the banknote image has to bear the invalidation "specimen". However, as it is very unlikely that an incomplete image (showing only 1/3 of a banknote) is mistaken for a genuine banknote, we confirm, according to Article 2.4 of the aforementioned Decision, that the reproduction is lawful, provided that it has a maximum resolution of 72 dpi and that it does not show more than 1/3 of the banknote image.

With kind regards,
ECB Press and Information Division
So I think that means this one is definitely ok :) -- lucasbfr talk 19:08, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
