The European Union of Rechtspfleger is an organization in the European Union of high level court clerks with judicial functions. The EUR was founded at the 25th of June 1965.

The organs of the EUR are: the board, the presidency, and the general assembly (the congress). The members of the EUR consist of professional associations from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and Sweden. The EUR also includes associate members from Japan, Mali, Morocco, and Tunisia. Individuals without a professional association can take part in the Union as a member of honor.
