The European Forum Alpbach is an annual political event that takes place in the village of Alpbach. Similar to the World Economic Forum in Davos, politicians and decision makers from all areas come together to discuss and brain-storm new ideas and solutions to the world problems.

The forum was founded in 1945 by Otto Molden.
